Alice, our Technical Intelligence Agent, operates in a stateless environment. Alice will not store any of your conversations. Once a support session is closed, the dialogue history is purged and is not recoverable by Tredtech or any third party.
We only collect information that is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of your digital orders or for responding to direct email inquiries. This typically includes your name, email address, and transaction history.
Unlike standard "Software as a Service" models, Tredtech tools are built to run locally on your hardware. We do not "phone home" with your usage statistics or telemetry data. Your environment remains private to you.
While Alice utilizes advanced Large Language Models for logic processing, all interactions are handled via encrypted API channels. No personal data provided during a chat is used to train future iterations of global AI models.
As a UK-based entity, we fully comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to request access to the limited data we hold, or to request its immediate deletion.
