1. Acceptable Use of Alice AI

By interacting with Alice, you agree to use the service only for genuine IT issues and legitimate business enquiries. You are strictly prohibited from using the interface to input malicious code, "jailbreak" prompts, or any automated scripts designed to bypass the security layers of the Tredtech Cloud Architecture.

2. Security Integrity & Prohibited Commands

Any attempt to bypass Alice’s security features to execute unauthorised CLI commands, retrieve system-level credentials, or manipulate the underlying LLM logic will be logged. Tredtech holds zero liability for any system instability, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from a user’s attempt to misuse the AI interface for unauthorised purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Alice AI is a specialist tool trained for consumer guidance. While her logic is refined for accuracy, all diagnostic advice is followed at the user's own risk. Tredtech, owned and operated by Ryan Chandler, shall not be held liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, hardware failure or data loss) that arise from the misuse of Alice or the failure of a user to perform standard backups prior to following IT advice.

4. Technical Capacity

The model is engineered for light technical capacity. It is not a substitute for enterprise-level managed services unless explicitly contracted via a Tredtech Service Agreement. Users are responsible for verifying all technical suggestions within their own environment before execution.

5. Termination of Access

Tredtech reserves the right to terminate access to Alice AI for any user found to be in violation of these security protocols without prior notice.
